Acer sold the Aspire 3 A315-59 in many regional configurations, so not every file applies to every unit. Plug in the AC adapter and do not turn off the laptop while the BIOS is updating. An interrupted update can make the laptop unbootable.

How to Install Acer Aspire 3 A315-59 Drivers
- Extract each ZIP file, then install the Intel Chipset driver and the Management Engine driver, and restart the laptop.
- Install the Intel Serial IO driver next so the touchpad and other I2C devices are detected correctly.
- Install the Intel VGA driver; if your Aspire 3 has a GeForce MX550, install the NVIDIA driver after it.
- Install the Realtek Audio and LAN drivers, then the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth packages that match your wireless card.
- Install Acer Care Center, restart again, and open Device Manager to make sure no device shows a yellow warning icon.
Not sure which wireless card you have? Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, and look for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX101, MediaTek MT7902 or MediaTek MT7663, then download only the matching Wi-Fi and Bluetooth setup. Acer also lists a newer BIOS 1.33 (Aug 19, 2026) that adds the Microsoft 2023 Secure Boot certificates, but that ZIP only contains an update-instructions PDF, so the full BIOS 1.31 file is linked above. If Windows Update already installed working graphics drivers, you can skip the very large Intel and NVIDIA packages.
