Xerox B210 Overview
The Xerox B210 driver lets your computer send jobs to the Xerox B210, a compact black-and-white laser printer for home offices and small teams. On this page you will find the official Xerox B210 Windows Print Drivers & Utilities package (V1.12), the standalone PCL, PostScript and XPS print drivers, two macOS driver packages and the Linux print driver, each linked directly to the Xerox download server.
The B210 is a print-only model, so there is no scanner driver to install. It prints up to 31 pages per minute on Letter paper (30 ppm on A4), handles two-sided printing automatically and connects by USB, Ethernet or built-in Wi-Fi, with Wi-Fi Direct for printing from phones and laptops without a router. The Windows package also includes Easy Wireless Setup and Easy Printer Manager, which help you join the printer to your network and check toner and status from your desktop.

How to Install the Xerox B210 Driver
- Download the Print Drivers & Utilities package (Windows) or the driver package that matches your macOS version from the links above.
- Turn on the B210 and decide how you will connect it: USB cable, Ethernet, or the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Run the downloaded .exe on Windows, or open the .dmg on a Mac and start the installer inside it.
- Choose USB, network or wireless when the setup asks; on Windows, Easy Wireless Setup can put the printer on your Wi-Fi network for you.
- Print a test page, then set two-sided printing as the default in Printing Preferences if you want to save paper.
Most home users only need the Windows package, which installs both the PCL and PostScript drivers plus the Xerox utilities. The standalone WHQL drivers are for IT admins who deploy drivers manually or through a print server. On a Mac, use the v2 package for macOS 10.15 and later; it covers several B2xx models, and its scan components do not apply to the print-only B210. If the B210 does not show up over Wi-Fi, connect it by USB for the first setup, check that Wi-Fi Direct and your router network are not mixed up, and print a configuration report from the printer to confirm its IP address.
